[SOLVED] /sbin/init missing at boot

Ok this is really irritating. It does'nt happen all the time but happens 2 out of every 5 boot.

I get this screen while booting into arch linux

Its really frustrating at times, I have to reboot the system now and then..

My take on this : 1. Since I have 2 hard drives installed arc linux is unable to recognise the main hard drive ?

2.  Mounting the partition in menu.lst with UUID will help ?

Please do help me.

Regards
