Python implementation of initrd's INIT script

I translated Arch's /lib/initcpio/init into Python3:

And use this hook instead of default base hook to build initrd file (I deleted some python modules, but there are still too many no-use):

It seems to work well on my VBox visual mechine. ( Just share,  you donot really try it )

I plan to rewrite some base system tools in Python, in order to make an "PyLinux"
