[Solved] 2.6.39.1 "Waiting for UDev uevents to be processed" failed

[2011-06-11 18:52] upgraded kernel26 (2.6.38.8-1 -> 2.6.39.1-1)

my /etc/rc.conf

MODULES=(acpi-cpufreq cpufreq_ondemand cpufreq_powersave)
DAEMONS=(hwclock @syslog-ng !network !netfs @crond acpid dbus wicd cpufreq \
        smartd fluidsynth esd gpm healthd eeepc-restore sensors sensord \
    sysstat )

My eeepc s101 upgrade to 2.6.39.1.  I removed MOD_AUTOLOAD="Yes".
It works, but when booting, wait for 30 seconds and got a fail line.

"Waiting for UDev uevents to be processed"  [FAIL]

Another problem is my 'Power' hotkey failed.

I don't know how to solve it.
After search forum, I've tried add nomodeset on grub boot line, failed.

I SOLVED this problem by remove grub boot line "acpi_osi=Linux" which was required for detect my eeepc keyboard before this kernel version.

Here are some of my dmesg
