XFCE mouse issue (touchpad leftclick causes scroll)

Hello,

I've been expieriencing a very wierd issue for about a week now. When i make left-click on my touchpad buttons i get the left mouse button click event as well as scroll down (release) event. This is the output from xev from clicking the mouse:

It happens only with clicking left button on touchpad (tapping on touchpad is unaffected, so is clicking the mouse).
I didn't change any configuration files for synaptic recently, and didn't make any revelant changes (AFAIK), only usual system updates.
I've tried to find some information before posting, but there are so many issues with mouse click and scrolling in xfce, that i couldn't find anything with both of them at the same time

If I've missed any needed information, please let me know.
