After updating my file system trying to get Arch working. After the files download, there are several error messages saying that;
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
libusb: /usr/include/libusb-1.o/libusb.h exists in fielsystem
libusb: /usr/lib/libusb-1.0-a exists in filesystem
libusb: /usr/lib/libusb-1.0.so exists in filesystem
libusb: /usr/lib/libusb-1.0-so.0 " " "
" " " 10.so.0.0.0 " "
" /usr/lib/pkgconfig/libusb-1.0.pc " "
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
What's the workaround when i see this?

Reading the stickied threads on the top of each forum can help you with problems like these:

Amazed at how fast the response was, looks like I'm not the first person to ask..
I ran the first file and got:
pacman -Qo /usr/include/libusb-1.0/libusb.h is owned by libusb1 1.0.8-1
I ran /usr/include/libusb-1.0/libusb.h through the bug report and it said "search returned no results"
I haven't run the remaining files through the bug report search, but all files are owned by libusb1 1.0.8-1

For everyone,
There are cases in which using the 'force' option in pacman can cause harm. Please follow Misfit's advice in that thread and the one he links to. He knew very well what he was talking about with he wrote those posts.

I have a couple of irregularly updated boxes which output existing filename issues upon nearly every -Syu. I simply delete the files. No harm, no foul so far.
Arch Linux + sway
Debian Testing + GNOME/sway
NetBSD 64-bit + Xfce

If it's only one package/file there really isn't much to worry about if you ask me.
Never do a 'pacman -Syuf' of course.
