wifi power management stop my wireless after update

I update my arch to gnome 3 and update other packages. After the update the wifi disconnected sometimes.
I checked iwconfig wlan0 and power management is on.
If I disable it the problem is solved until I restart the computer. power is on again.

my wifi is: Ralink corp. RT2500 802.11g
