[SOLVED] Smplayer freezes after latest Mplayer update.

When I load a movie it will play fine, but all the controls stop working. The only way to exit the program is to kill it. I get the following 2 lines repeated over and over:

Debug: MplayerVersion::isMplayerAtLeast: comparing 25391 with 33713
Debug: MplayerVersion::isMplayerAtLeast: comparing 29407 with 33713

Oh, and mplayer by itself works fine. Any idea of what's going on?

Thanks. I solved the problem by deleting ~/.config/smplayer/
