Some time ago everything was good. Fluxbox has started normally. But when I hve installed kde, I can startx (fluxbox) only with root.

hmmm, looking at the "write combining" range - do you have any nvidia options in /etc/modules.conf?
is your user in the "video" group? it makes sense that the user is not there, as root works fine - so it sounds like a permissions issue
(also, can you trim down the X log a bit, to only the crucial parts - it makes this thread difficult to navigate)

From kdm x starts well.
OT: when i start fluxbox with startx I can add programs to startup automatically to xinitrc. But when I start fluxbox from kdm, the those programs don't start. How to add them to startup?
