Laptop hangs up during boot at Waiting for UDev uevents to be proces..

Hi everybody,

after using Ubuntu for about three years I installed Arch on my laptop a week ago.
Unfortunately it hangs up during boot at "Waiting for UDev uevents to be processed" which returns a "FAIL".

Furthermore the Powerbutton itself is working but doesn't turn of the Laptop. It only halts it and disables the fan so normally it should poweroff, too.

My modules and daemons settings:
MODULES=(acpi-cpufreq cpufreq_ondemand vboxdrv)
DAEMONS=(!hwclock syslog-ng hal !network netfs crond ntpd cpufreq @alsa wicd laptop-mode @dropboxd-userspace)

The kerneloption acpi=off lets udev process and ends up with "DONE".

/var/log/boot:
normal boot:
http://pastebin.com/ENpsrkmy

acpi=off:
http://pastebin.com/KB21dRcT

Disabling custom modules and daemons:
normal boot:
http://pastebin.com/FWXq68bF

acpi=off:
http://pastebin.com/A4UMEEM2

Using the option "noacpi" doesn't change anything but i read that it might be deprecated?

I really hope that someone can help me.
Regards,
Linki

Edit: adding "rmmod e1000e" to /etc/rc.local.shutdown solves the poweroff problem.
