mkinitcpio-nbd - Boot ArchLinux from a Network Block Device

hi,

I created a mkinitcpio hook to boot from a Network Block Device (NBD). It also supports encrypted root devices. LVM should work as well, but I haven't tested it yet.

For more information, check the Wiki:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Di … t_NBD_root

AUR package is available here:
http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=50479

If someone is interested in trying it, I would love to get some feedback. I've been running this for two days on my HTPC on a 100MBit connection and it runs absolutely flawless. I'm gonna do some benchmarks as soon as I have a GBit switch.
The only thing that doesn't work is resume from suspend (connection to NBD device breaks -> I/O errors). Not sure if I'm gonna be able to fix it though...
