Can't install kdeplasma-applets-networkmanagement

I just want to take a look at kdeplasma-applets-networkmanagement because of its 3g modem support but the installation fails:

kdeplasma-applets-networkmanagement: /usr/share/icons/oxygen/128x128/devices/network-wireless-100.png exists in file system
and some more in /usr/share/icons/oxygen

Is it safe to use pacman -f ?
