I am using XFCE with pm-utils for managing when I suspend the session.
I want a locker such as slimlock (or any other locker for that matter) initiated when my suspended session wakes. How can this be done?
I have tried adding a line in my /etc/pm/sleep.d/20_foobar
case "${1}" in
hibernate|suspend)
;;
resume|thaw)
slimlock
;;
esac
...no luck so far.

based on my fuzzy memory, here is how I did it. locked and sleep.
add
export DISPLAY=":0"
to /etc/acpi/handler.sh
after the line
set $*
and change your /etc/pm/sleep.d/20_foobar to something like
case "${1}" in
hibernate|suspend)
# The -b (background) option tells sudo to run the given command in the background.
sudo -u corruptz0r -b slimlock
;;
resume|thaw)
;;
esac

Worked perfectly! Thanks!
