[SOLVED]Unable to start with ck-launch-session

I had to re-install arch sad...

I installed dwm, and here's my .xinitrc:

exec ck-launch-session dbus-launch --sh-syntax --exit-with-session ~/startdwm

startdwm has some startup application.

So the error I get when I start is:

"ck-launch-session" not found

I've found a solution here:

https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=65070,

but it's for hal and I don't want to install hal. Do I need a certain package or something? Thanks.

You probably need consolekit.

Wow... this is embarrassing. I knew it was some package. This should be mentioned in the Beginners guide in the Arch Wiki. Thanks. big_smile
