[SOLVED] Xfce4 shortcuts and focus

Hi,

I'm using Xfce4 with Compiz.
I setup a keyboard shortcut in Xfce to start the terminal easily and it works fine. The only problem is, whenever I start the terminal via shortcut it does not get focused, it's the top window, but the window below still has the focus. The only time the shortcut method works is when the top window is already a terminal or if all windows are minimized.
I noticed the same behaviour when calling thunar by shortcut. But if I call for example gcalctool or xfce4-appfinder, it works perfectly hmm

If I use the startup menu everything works fine as expected.

Any help?
Thanks

Re: [SOLVED] Xfce4 shortcuts and focus

Go to "Focus & Raise Behaviour" settings (ccsm --> General Options) and set focus stealing prevention to low or off there.
