Kernel Crash after 2-3 Resumes from Suspend to RAM

On my HP 8710w after suspending the system 2-3 times, the kernel crashes on resume. I got a call trace on the screen and I managed to take shot of the printed info.

I can't remember since when I experience this problem (I'm sure however, it's was in 2.6.37 already), but I always thought that's because the fact I use the nouveau driver. Now I saw that a similar problem was reported in the forum and since the computer crashed just an hour ago I decided to post

If any other information is needed, I'll provide it.
