Iomega portable HD don't work on USB3

Hello all,

   I buy a Iomega portable HD (prestige) USB2/3. It work perfectly on my USB2 connector, but it's not recognized on my USB3 connector.
   HP Elitebook 8540p (fresh ArchLinux install-KDE, up to date).
