Openbox wont start automaticly [SOLVED]

Startx works fine and it starts openbox but I'm not sure how to get it to run automatically so I don't have to type startx?

I also have slim installed but that doesn't seem to run either.

Sorry for the lack of background info, but I'm not really quite sure what to do.

I've searched around the forum and wiki but I'm still not quite sure what to do.

When I do

exec ck-launch-session

I get

failed to open the display from the DISPLAYenvironment variable

Re: Openbox wont start automaticly [SOLVED]

It seems your issue is with Slim. Check the logs to see why it isn't starting.

You can also Start X at Boot
