kernel panic during shutdown - likely virtualbox related

ever since i upgraded virtualbox i get this error on shutdown:

then i have to press and hold shutdown button to bring the system down. anyone else is having the same issue?

Please, next time try to do little bit searching before you post your question. I tried search term "kernel panic" in this forums and answer to your question was in the first 15 results. Looking for combination of "kernel panic virtulabox" gave me only one result! Similar stuff has already been posted at least here:
