Please fix dependencies on linux>=3.0 linux<3.1

what bug? testing packages depend on testing packages as well. do a pacman -Syu

wonder - the dependencies for lirc 1:0.9.0-5, in the testing repo, still refer to kernel26. It's a packaging bug.

now i get it. in the way he put it, i understand that it has already linux dependency
