Empathy with SIP don´t pick up

Hello,

I´m installed empathy in GNOME 3 with SIP Cisco Call Manager and work fine for call to my contacts.

The problem is when a contact call me, I view on my desktop the window alert for accept or reject the call, but when I click in accept call, empathy don´t pick up.

Any ideas?.
