Where is LaTeX?
I searched on pacman, also AUR and TUR with no positive results 
. the only way is to make a PKGBUILD by myself?
If you have good news about it (an existing PKGBUILD) , let me know

LaTeX is included in the tetex package. For a package of tetex 3.0, see the "tetex3" thread.
