[SOLVED] Sound no longer working

I'm using alsa in gnome3 and wheen I look at the sound tab in gnome3's settings nothing looks awry.

Can you post the output of

ls -1 /etc/modprobe.d/

nevermind I just made a stupid mistake i accidentally set my sound to input only instead of input/output but thanks anyway
