Thinkpad or Lenovo 600X

my problem is only updating the bios and was looking for help on how to achive this so i will not have to reset the time setting after every reboot. as you can tell i got a it working with arch no problem just need advice on flashing the firmware or bios updating. i have checked thins as the lenovo website and thinkwiki to i am stuck with a .exe file where i can extract with a windows 7 machine and wine wont work i need to find a cd bios disk. any links or directs will be nice thanks.
