Wireless rtl8188CE driver - 3.0 kernel [CAN BE CLOSED]

I'm new to Linux and trying to get my ASUS PCE-N10 wireless adapter to work.

It requires rtl8188ce driver, which I found here: http://rghost.ru/16783051 The AUR package was not updated for 3.0 - I got the link from the AUR comments.
It built fine and installed (used make). I ran it using modprobe and NetworkManager could configure it.

I can connect to the internet with it, however it is extremely slow and constantly cuts out. It seems to be a problem with the uploading - downloading is fine.

Any solutions? Thanks.

EDIT: I didn't fix the problem, but I swapped out the card with a different model and it is working now.
