Why did you not install lib32-mesa directly, instead of installing acroread? Also, you are probably better off contacting upstream in this case. Probabbly missing more libs etc.

I found a version of Firestorm ( a version of secondlife ) in the AUR. when building it everything goes fine until the file lib32-hal. its required to run the viewer but it fails to download using yaourt
so i went to the AUR and got the makepkg. and tried to makepkg -s --asroot within the folder. and it fails to download
No such file “hal-0.5.14-6-i686.pkg.tar.xz”.
==> ERROR: Failure while downloading hal-0.5.14-6-i686.pkg.tar.xz
Aborting...

hal is dead and deprecated, and the lib32-hal package in aur is horrible.
And don't use --asroot, always build as your user instead, it's safer and saner.

this was resolved by the following commands
pacman -S lib32-qt lib32-nvidia-utils lib32-gtk2 lib32-curl
pacman -S gcc-multilib gcc-libs-multilib binutils-multilib libtool-multilib lib32-glibc
turns out about 4 of those packages 32 bit and 64 bit i didnt have at all. problem fixed now
