I have searched the Wiki and the forums on how to do this, but I cannot find an answer. Its probable I am not searching the correct keywords.
Anyway, I installed the firefox nightly build from AUR as practice useing makepkg and pacman. Now I would like to uninstall it, but I am not sure how.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The same way you uninstall any other package: pacman -Rs <packagename>

I tried it, but it said it couldnt find the package. However after reading that, I found it in wakka and removed it.
Thanks.

I'm not sure but in manual "man yaourt" i see:
operation : -R : remove package from the system
==> yaourt -R [your-package]
I think that could work if you have installed firefox AUR with yaourt
Edit : too late
