Downloading tracks data from GPD Logger

Hi,
I have the USB GisTEQ DPL900 data logger - http://www.gisteq.com/PhotoTrackr/PhotoTrackrDPL900.php.
I would like to use my fully updated Arch_X64/KDE to download the data from my GPS logger.
The logger uses the skytraq chip.
Once I plug the logger into a USB port, it is recognized. Running lsusb gives..

Device 003:067b:2303 Prolific Technology PL 2303 Serial port.

P.S., I have gpsbabel installed if that helps.

Please advise.
