njplot package request

Hi everyone,

I would like to request a package for njplot http://pbil.univ-lyon1.fr/software/njplot.html
There was already a request for it (https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=67430 ) but it seems it was never built.

I tried to build first by myself, thinking that I may be able to make a pkgbuild for it but i just failed... The makefile with the source may be quite old and make reference to /usr/X11R6, i tried to change it to /usr/lib and change the name of the library for motif from lXt to libXt for example and remove some libraries that are not required anymore (from debian package 2.3-3) but with no success. It just stop building at njplot-vib.c:67:22: fatal error: vibtypes.h: No such file or directory .

I am not sure what this vibtypes.h refers too. I think it refers to ncbi-toolkit, there is an AUR packages for it but it is outdated, doesn't build on my system and the package is orphan. I would like to help on this too but cannot understand why it does not build...

Before posting more informations, i would like to know if somebody with more knowledge than me may help me solve this or even make the PKGBUILD
