There is a problem with the URL given in the message notifications given by email when one subscribe to a topic. I put an exemple below (the URL is broken with a = at the end of the line). The problem seems general (with claws-mail and with the web version of gmail). It seems that the message part is not correctly referenced as "quoted printable".
I consider to submit a bug report but there is no category where such bugs can be reported. It concerns the forum on the archlinux server, not something in the archlinux distribution.

[Edited]: I mark this as solved. I use a bigfoot.com (a free forwarding service) as email. Apparently bigfoot badly reformat the message when it forward it. Changing my my address solves the problem.

This is called quoted printable (see Quoted-printable in Wikipedia).
You would report a bug concerning the forum upstream, i.e. to the developers of FluxBB.
Which mail client do you use (that it does not parse this correctly)?

I have the problem in claws-mail and the web interface of gmail. So I think this is not related to a particular email client.

I'm using Gmail web interface an I don';t have such problem.
I would like to point out that the whole message seems to be folded at 74 characters which doesn't happen here.
