[SOLVED] Realtek ALC272X Kernel 3.0 Hardware is initialized using...

Hello,

I've a laptop. Since kernel 3.0 when I boot my machine while daemons are login I can see alsa can't load successfully. To see the error message I do:

# rc.d start alsa

And I get:

:: Restoring ALSA Levels                                                 [BUSY]
Found hardware: "HDA-Intel" "Realtek ALC272X" "HDA:10ec0272,1025036d,00100001" "0x1025" "0x036d"
Hardware is initialized using a generic method
                                                                                     [FAIL]

So I have sound but I've problems with Skype, G+ Talk, and so many more. Is there somebody with the same problem? Any Idea?
Thank you.

Oh sorry so much I just did an exhaustive search and I found the solution in this forum (but I was searching for many hours).
Just type:

# alsactl -f /var/lib/alsa/asound.state store
