Suspending in openbox

Hello, any chances to get suspending when closing the screen and asking for the password (with xlock, for example) when opening it back?

Re: Suspending in openbox

I believe that there is a way to map the lid as an acpi event to trigger pm-suspend (pm-utils) and xlock.

Alternatively, you could install something such as xfce4-power-manager or gnome-power-manager. These both give a graphical controller, but they have some dependancies that go with them that you might not want (e.g. panels)
