According to a mod over on the virtualbox forums, this is an Arch-specific issue. Can anyone else confirm this behavior?

At root:
# /etc/rc.d/vboxdrv fixusb
# usermod -a -G vboxusers <username>
and relogin or reboot.

Didn't work:
# /etc/rc.d/vboxdrv fixusb
usage: /etc/rc.d/vboxdrv {setup}

Hi,
I was having the exact same issue after removing virtualbox_bin (AUR) and installing virtualbox (community).
It got fixed after adding myself to the vboxusers group.
