First of all as shown in the link above the network manager applet works flawlessly for me (Wired internet ofcourse) :-) . But I have strange problem: On selecting network management settings the nm icon is missing and also the 'options' tab shows some errors and mentions 'kcm_networkmanager' but wat I have searched on net is that this option seems outdated, then why is nm 0.9 still asking for it?
Is there a way to correct it?
Not that it is causing any problem but it is a bit awkward looking. So.....

Any help ?

You have some libs out of sync. Old version, that is.Try full upgrade. Or fully purge and reinstall all nm-related stuff.

It's a fresh install. I have been upgrading it daily. By pacman -Syu. Is there any other method to upgrade oor optionla dependency for networkmanager which I may have missed. As a matter of fact pacman doesn't list any any useful dependency

You should try another mirror. A list of actual mirrors is easiest available here.
To know or not to know ...
... the questions remain forever.

@ Barafu Albino Cheetah: Thank you for ur reply.
@Bernarcher : Thanks for replying so quickly. Coming to the problem I dont think it is do with any mirror . It's just that I am either not loading some module/daemon/or watever settings it requires or the package seems to have bug which may need reporting. I want to know whether I am missing any settings or modules or demons. Otherwise I'll report it as bug.

I need to say this first I am able to use networkmanager( ie I am able to connect to internet and also tary tray icon seems fine.) Only thing which bothers is that the networkmanager icons is not seen in network manager setting.
I have updated screenshots pls have a look at it.
