Installing Intel ipp and related libraries

I am trying to install Intel's ipp library on a 32 bit Arch system. Has anybody been able to do this on Arch? I would appreciate any pointers on how to get this done.

More information about the library is here.
http://software.intel.com/en-us/article … uirements/

In particular, only some linux systems are officially supported.

IA-32 for Linux" Compatibility (validated)
Asianux* 3.0
Fedora* 13
Red Hat Enterprise Linux* 4, 5 and 6
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server* 10.2 and 11
Debian* 6.0
Ubuntu* 10.4

I think it should be possible to run on Arch because installation only involves copying some files around. However the installation script requires a license which is easy to obtain, but then fails without much information given.

Re: Installing Intel ipp and related libraries

Hi,

There is an AUR package for it I think:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=43798

It will build several packages:
'intel-compiler-base' 'intel-openmp' 'intel-idb' 'intel-ipp' 'intel-mkl' 'intel-sourcechecker' 'intel-tbb'
