[python2] Auto torrent

I've created a script that automatically downloads torrents from thepiratebay.org. Give me some criticism, and possible improvements, and if you want to push, message me on Github.

    This is a script to automatically download torrents from thepiratebay.org via rss.

[Notes]
    A symlink should be created to link ~/.auto_torrent/to_download with your torrent programs watch dir.
    Or, you could just tell your torrent program to use ~/.auto_torrent/to_download
