SSL on AUR? Good. But how about passwords?

Are the passwords stored encrypted, and are they using a relatively strong form of encryption?

With 'the passwords' I mean my user/password of course smile

You could easily see how passwords are stored by looking at the AUR repo. They're salted and hashed using md5.

Two way encryption should never be used to store passwords.

Who knew that salty hash could be so good?
