PCmanFM-legacy to PCmanFM2 Directory not found popup

So I have a few computers running LXDE that mount home directories over NFS. They were on PCmanFm-legacy due to a bug that existed when they were setup. Now I'm trying to upgrade them to PCmanFM2 so I did the package replacement on one of them and its working great except when I login to the machine running PCmanFM2 I get a popup saying "Error: No such file or directory", this does not happen on the other computer, just this one and I haven't been able to find any reference to this behaviour or any errors logged anywhere else except this popup. I confirmed its also happening to other accounts so I know its not just me. Has anyone else come across or heard anything about this?
