Unetbootin from hard disk

is possible to boot arch install using unetbootin? at the moment i cant use usb or burn a cd so i'm struck in a error wich when i use unetootin the sistem does not find the device after looking for it for 30 sec, i already read the topic about this problem some post below but it is about usb install, i need to use unetbootin for boot from my ubuntu partition.
i also tried using the guide on the wiki to install arch from other linux but the download link are out of date or missing.

is this possible?

Hello,
IMO use unetbootin over real hard drive is not good idea ( if possible ). Insted look here.
