Arch jammed during playback media and use system
hi
i got some problem. I dont know why but when i try watch some video or when i get some flash advertise on any website flash player jammed during playback media/advertise. i try use all browser but still same problem, so i install Fluxbox, Gnome and same. I have this problem from 4-6 month i cant remember, but now i use arch a lot so i try sort it out, becuase i spend more time in internet. I can work well in archlinux, because arch dosent work smoth. But i got this problem only in my account (standard user) when i login to X (KDE) as root all its fine. So maybe i should clean some cach memmory or do something to inmpove arch?? I no idea wher is reason of my problem, i have Laptop Acer Aspire 7720 Core2Duo processor, Nvidia GF 9300M G. So any idea ?? 
Also i cant scroll website in all of browser , maybe something wrong with graphics card setting ?
