[SOLVED] Unable to upgrade XFWM due to file conflicts

Hello

I'm unable to upgrade XFCE4 (this seems specifically because of xfwm)

Upon running either

sudo pacman -Syu

or

yaourt -Syua

the system prompts that there are a few new packages, amongst which are xfce4-panel, xfce4-settings, xfce-utils & xfwm

The output from accepting these upgrades is something like below:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
xfwm4: /usr/share/themes/Default-4.4/xfwm4/left-inactive.png exists in filesystem

xfwm4: /usr/share/themes/Default-4.4/xfwm4/maximize-active.png exists in filesystem
xfwm4: /usr/share/themes/Default-4.4/xfwm4/maximize-active.xpm exists in filesystem

Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Rather irritating!

Any help with this is greatly appreciated, if you guys need any further info please let me know

Woops! I always thought I was pretty good at that, obviously not good enough!

Thanks very much for the swift response, I really appreciate it. My issue is now resolved (nice n quick!)
