Warsow fails to run in fullscreen

When I run Warsow it starts up in a window and not in a fullscreen mode.
Like this:

If I try to setup fullscreen on from a game I get this:

I use a 1.6 AMD Turion with ATI card.
Any ideas how to fix it?
