trash on removable devices

hi
some noob questions:

I use a lot of pendrives and when I want to delete files, they go on the trash folder.
How to delete them permanently?
How to switch off this function? --> want to delete directly.

Another question:
I use PCmanFM and when I click on the Trash icon, I get error:
Operation not Supported

How can I reach my HDD Trash and empty it?

thanks

Re: trash on removable devices

Your trash should be in ~/.local/share/Trash.

1: I want to modify the behavior of the machine, not mine. smile thanks, anyway.
no results from google to turn off trashcan on removable devices, like windows.
Seems I have to modify my habits.
2: it's already installed.
