not an ELF file - iit has the wrong magic bytes

I had to downgrade my kernel to 2.6.34 from 3.0 and then install the NVIDIA 280. driver manually and things are working but ...

Whenever I run pacman I get these lines

How can I fix this?

ldconfig: /usr/lib32/libstdc++.so.6.0.16-gdb.py is not an ELF file - it has the wrong magic bytes at the start.
