USB drives no longer autodetected

Just ran a Pacman update on both my laptop and desktop, which are both running Arch x86-64 with the Mate DE and mostly the same packages overall. Oddly enough my desktop no longer displays USB drives under "Places" or "Computer" but my laptop does.

There is no system but GNU and Linux is one of its kernels.

Did you diff the pacman logs to narrow down what package(s) might be responsible?
