[solved] media player play very fast, may be twice as normal!
I update my system several days ago.
But now all of my media player play fast and have no sound at all (headphone and main speaker)
Include :
cmus 2.4.2
vlc 1.1.11
mplayer SVN-r34007-4.6.1
adobe flash player
but i can hear beep from vim!
They used to work fine.
Appreciated any of your helps.

After I remove pulseaudio , everything is ok! Seems I have learn more about alsa.

Thank you for information zhulianhua this help me a lot.
On my Lenovo G550 I use pulseaudio with alsa but on PC with Biostar Tpower-I45 motherboard
must remove pulseaudio.Now I have sound and media plays normal again
