map keyboard key

Hiya,
Ive been using Xmodmap for years with no problem.
Was mapping some windows keys to Scroll_Lock, which in turn sent a Ctrl-t
which I used as my 'screenrc' hotkey...

but after upgrade to latest Arch (and now on 64bit), scroll lock doesnt send anything anymore, and i cant get it to send Ctrl-t
any tips are appreciated...

keycode  78 = 0xff14
