Wine 1.3.30 -- mIRC crashed

I just update wine 1.3.30-1, then installed fresh mIRC from http://www.mirc.com/get.html, run:

/usr/bin/env WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.wine WINEDEBUG=-all WINEARCH=win32 DISPLAY=:0.0 /usr/bin/wine 'C:\Program Files\mIRC\mirc.exe'

and get this:

wine started with a "winemenubuilder.exe crash" message box
Then I removed my ~/.wine directory and restarted wine, this message box disappeared,
but foxit still crashed each time the menu bar was clicked.

After downgrading wine package everything seemed fine now
