emusic dowload manager

I have been trying to use the emusic download manager that they have on their site and is in AUR (they are the same, but I tried both since I couldn't get one to work. The simple answer is that the manager starts up but then does absolutely nothing. I don't see error messages anywhere, even when I start it up with an error console. Any help would be appreciated. emusic has been less than helpful and I will likely cancel my subscription if this continues because you can't download full albums without the manager.

Have you tried emusicj? I haven't used it in a couple of years now, but it worked great when I did. Sorry, I know that's not a direct answer to your question!
