pacman -S evolution

[root@myhost ~]# pacman -S evolution
error: unresolvable dependencies:
  evolution-data-server: requires libsoup>=2.2.3-2 but it is not in the sync db

I had this error, too. But as I decided to switch to testing, this issue dissapeared. Please contact the package maintainer.

Search the forums, I just answered this yesterday.
The new libsoup is in abs. Just update it, build the package, then, try installing evolution.
The repos tend to lag behind abs.
