how do i install pacman after i removed it?

hi i have the next problem i hope you can help me with it,i had gnome3 installed on my computer and to be honest i was really growing tired of it,i i decided to install xfce on my computer,what i did was that i installed xfce  on my computer and then used the command
# pacman -Rc gnome
it did ask me if i wanted to remove pacman and i said  yes,it was my mistake i didn't think i was gonna have such a hard time trying to reinstall it,can you please  tell me there is a way to install it without reinstalling the whole system

not at all you can link it
ok i installed pacman from source and now when i do

$ sudo pacman -Syu
error: no usable package repositories configured.
i get that error any idea how to fix it

ok i installed pacman from source and now when i do

$ sudo pacman -Syu
error: no usable package repositories configured.

You have to use proper configure options to set the default config dirs, e.g. check here. The thread karol linked to wasn't about building pacman from source, but to extract the pacman package (and related) to root, which is probably a more easy solution.

Sure, that is extracting the pacman package to root wink
If pacman is not in the local cache and you get the latest package from a mirror, you might need to do the same for pacman's deps.
